TC 6th Boys vs. Eastern

The TC 6th grade boys basketball team lost a close game to Eastern 33-29 on Thursday night.  The Trojans put forth a great effort and played very well despite missing several players due to illness, but a slow start in the first quarter ended up being the difference in the game.  Holden Rayl lead all scorers with

6th Boys Basketball vs. Carroll

Tri-Central’s 6th grade boys fought a tough battle but came up short against Carroll Tuesday night.  Carroll won the “B” game 34-9.  TC scoring was lead by AJ Byrd with 4, Levi Abernathy with 3, and Mason Pickens added 2. The “A” game was also won by Carroll 47-27.  TC scoring leader was Holden Rayl

Taylor vs. Tri-Central Grade 7

Tri-Central, in their best game to date, lost to Taylor 36-19 in seventh grade boy’s action. Leading scorer was Braxton Young. Others who scored were Jaxson Pickett-4, Aaron Holman-3, Thadius Fleenor and Alexander Morrow with two each.

TC 6th Grade Boys Top Taylor

The 6th grade boys grabbed their first win of the season with a win over Taylor 48-33 in the A-game and 8-4 in a shortened B-game, making their record 1-1.  Holden Rayl lead the scoring in the A-game with 20 points.  Conner Hindman tossed in 17 and Mason Pickens added 7.  Cole Byrd and TJ Blevins

Tri-Central Boy’s 7th Grade Results

Thursday night Tri-Central’s 7th grade boys went down to Tipton 52-28. Eight players scored for the Trojans. Leading the way was Thadius Fleenor with 8. Others contributing were Aaron Holman-5, Jaxson Pickett-4, Michael Carr-3, Braxton Young, Will Padgett, Riley Jones, and Colten Dowden with 2 apiece.
